Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege to serve in various leadership roles where I focused on building stronger communities and supporting student rights.
Advocacy Space
In the student advocacy space, I served as the International Students’ Officer at the UTS Students’ Association and as the Education Officer for the NSW International Student Representative Committee.
I worked closely on important issues like the 485 Visa for UTS international students and had the opportunity to represent student voices as a panelist and keynote speaker at events hosted by Welcoming Universities, international student forums, and several university-organized conferences.
Professional Space
I completed my Master’s in Marketing and stepped into the marketing world, worked as search engine optimization specialist at Fabulous50s. Currently supporting students at the Sydney University Postgraduate Representative Association as the Community Building Officer.
I also collaborated on various marketing projects with companies like NINE Media and SC Johnson.
My Journey So Far
I came to Australia in February 2023 as an international student to pursue my Master’s degree.
In just a short time, I stepped outside my comfort zone and got involved in opportunities that helped me grow, connect, and give back to the community.
